The League endorses the L. R. Webber Associates, Inc. Salary/Benefits Survey This annual Survey is a key resource on compensation and benefits for the New Jersey financial services industry. The New Jersey Bankers Association now also endorses the L. R. Webber Associates, Inc. Salary/Benefits Survey. The inclusion of commercial bank data greatly enhances the validity of the Survey results. Members who have used this comprehensive volume have reported favorably on its many benefits including, but not limited to, evaluating executive and director compensation programs, setting wage and salary levels, comparing costs for group insurance and more. Survey results are shown both by asset category and by geographic region within New Jersey. The Survey provides comprehensive information on wages for specific jobs, employee benefit programs and executive and director compensation. There is no cost to participate. All that New Jersey League members have to do is complete a Survey Input Form and return it to L. R. Webber Associates.
